Nose reshaping using dermal fillers provides a superb alternative to surgical rhinoplasty. Some patients will go on to have a full-blown surgical nose job (Rhinoplasty) while others are happy to ‘top up’ their nose as and when required using a non-surgical rhinoplasty.

WHO SHOULD GET A NON-SURGICAL RHINOPLASTY?
The procedure is ideal for people who want to make minor alterations to the shape of their nose, without having to undergo surgery.
WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT TO HAPPEN DURING TREATMENT?
Injectable dermal fillers are used to build up various parts of your nose. This involves one or more injection to the area you and your nurse or doctor have agreed should be treated.
For example, if there is a bump on the bridge of the nose, filler will be injected below and above the bump to give the appearance of smoothing over the blemish.
Fllers can also be used to change the projection of the tip of your nose giving the appearance of being upturned which some patients feel makes their nose look more feminine.
BEFORE CONSULTATION
Have a clear idea of what you want. You need to discuss this fully with your practitioner. Be firm on what you don’t want to see. E.g don’t change the tip, don’t remove all the bumps etc. Your doctor or nurse will explain how they intend to achieve your desired result. Once you have both agreed then the procedure can go ahead.
WILL IT HURT?
After sterilising your nose and and the area around it, an anaesthetic will be applied.This should help dull any discomfort you may feel.
You may feel a slight pressure on your nose. Treatment is very quick usually taking around 15 to 30 minutes.

HOW LONG DOES IT LAST?
Non-surgical rhinoplasty works best for small changes to the nose.
If your nose is considered very large or you require a dramatic change a traditional surgical rhinoplasty may be more appropriate.
WHAT WILL MY NOSE LOOK LIKE AFTER TREATMENT?
The treated area, of your nose, might be slightly red or swollen, but nothing that would prevent you from going about your normal day.
There should be next to no downtime, however, your doctor or nurse will give you instructions or what to do for the next few days.
IS THERE ANYTHING A NON SURGICAL RHINOPLASTY CAN'T FIX?
