YOUR SURGICAL CONSULTATION
While it can be a very exciting time prior to surgery it can also make for an anxious time too, and this is perfectly normal. At La Belle Forme, our surgeons take great care to carefully answer each and every question patients may have. Your surgeon will also explain what the breast enlargement procedure will involve, recovery times and how we will achieve your desired look and breast size you desire.
3D IMAGING
If you are unsure what breast size or shape would suit your frame best, we have invested in one of only a few 3D body imaging systems in Scotland. Our Vectra 3D system will take a full body scan which is displayed on a screen, then with the assistance of your surgeon you can choose your desired breast size and shape to see how they will look before making your final selection.
HOW THE PROCEDURE IS PERFORMED
The majority of Breast Augmentation procedures performed are carried out with local anaesthetic and sedation I from our brand new multi-million-pound clinic in Glasgow’s City Centre. Alternatively, you can choose to have your surgery performed under general anaesthetic from a local private hospital in Glasgow – the choice is entirely yours.
Breast Enlargement surgery often involves inserting breast implants into the chest wall to enhance the size of the breasts. We use a world-leading brand— Nagor PERLE™ silicone implants for breast augmentation, inserting them into a pocket either below the breast tissue or below the pectoral muscle, or in some cases partially under each.
At La Belle Forme, our primary concern is our patient’s safety and wellbeing. That’s why we choose Nagor PERLE™, a novel round breast implant with (R)evolutionary BioQ™–surface technology with highly cohesive Emunomic™ Breast Tissue Dynamic Gel inside. These implants have one of the lowest complications rates on the market including instances of Breast Implant-Associated Anaplastic Large Cell Lymphoma (BIA-ALCL).
